The next Jujutsu Shenanigans update is a Halloween one: Roblox's event listing has it starting October 23, 2026 at 21:00 UTC, under the subtitle "Golden age of jujutsu". The game's title already carries the current headline, "[SKY ASSASSIN] Jujutsu Shenanigans", and it was 10th on Roblox's Top Playing Now chart at 10:17 UTC on October 10, with 128,795 players.

Key Takeaways

  • Halloween Update: listed from October 23, 2026, 21:00 UTC to November 23, 2026. No details yet.
  • Sky Assassin: in the game's title since the last update; no official release date we could confirm.
  • Last update window: an event titled "UPDATE", subtitled "post rdc update", ran October 3 to 10, 2026.
  • Award: "Best Action Experience RIA 2026", per the game page.

What Happened

Tze's Shenanigans, the developer group, used Roblox's event listings for its last two updates. The first, titled simply "UPDATE" with the subtitle "post rdc update", ran from October 3, 2026 at 21:00 UTC to October 10. Roblox's data showed the game last updated at 16:06 UTC on October 12, when we checked again. The second listing is the "HALLOWEEN UPDATE", from October 23, 2026 at 21:00 UTC (5 PM US Eastern) to November 23. Both use the same image: a sketched figure with hands in pockets and a hand-drawn bubble reading "The Jujutsu-est".

What Sky Assassin does comes from players, not patch notes we could open. Fan wikis describe her moves, but the official channels we tried (the game page, Roblox's event pages, X, Trello) did not show a patch note. The game page itself sticks to controls: "M1 - melee combo", "1,2,3,4 - skills", "Q - dash (use in stun to escape)", "F - block", "R - special", "W+W - sprint" and "G - awaken". It ends with "Best Action Experience RIA 2026", and Roblox's newsroom post on the 2026 Innovation Awards lists the game among the winners.

Why It Matters

Sky Assassin is the character players are arguing about. In a thread on October 8, one wrote "Too much dmg, they did good at making her install ult balanced but she does WAYYY too much damage" (u/Dawg989). Another disagreed: "She's okay. Not OP, not bad just okay." (u/1Hugh-Mann, Oct 9, 2026). The Halloween listing gives balance changes a date to land, but the developer has not promised any.

Our take

Based on Roblox's listings, plan around October 23 for the next big change, and treat any Sky Assassin numbers you see online as fan data until the developer posts notes. The subreddit's own bot notes it is "NOT THE OFFICIAL SUBREDDIT", so check claims there too. How we checked this

We read the game's data, description and event listings through a mirror of Roblox's official API on October 10, 2026 and again on October 12, checked Roblox's newsroom post on the 2026 Innovation Awards, and read Reddit in a browser. Fan wiki claims about the update date were left out because no official page confirmed them. All 58 sources are in our source file. Last reviewed October 12, 2026.
