What Happened
Rumble Studios, the verified group behind both Bubble Gum Simulator games, changed INFINITY's page to "🎃 Halloween Part 2 is here!" The game's name now carries a [🎃SEASON] tag. Its Roblox listing, "🎃 Halloween Part 2!", opens with "Halloween Part 2 is coming to BGSI!"

The page does not name the returning Luminance pet. It gives no Super Enchant numbers and no Season Pass price. UrGameTips, which previewed the update on October 13, adds "a Shrine" to the list. That one is not in the developer's text.

The game page says "Updates every Friday at 2PM EST!" This one was listed for a Saturday. UrGameTips reported that Rumble Studios "scheduled the update for 6pm UTC", 90 minutes after the listing opened. Both Part 2 dates are Saturdays, and so is Halloween World's last day.
Desk note: Part 2's listing is 169.5 hours long, about a third of the 21-day Halloween World window. Our math, from the two listings. That is a lot of bubble gum.
Why It Matters
Busy hours should be luckier. Global Egg Luck ties the Luminant Egg's luck to how many players hatch it. The page does not say how it counts them. Our reading: playing when the game is full beats grinding alone at 3 AM.
More people are playing. When the desk read INFINITY's numbers at 04:42 UTC on Oct 10, it had 6,885 players. At 02:36 UTC on Oct 18, the morning after Part 2 opened, it had 12,577.

Halloween World started a week earlier. UrGameTips says players "can already trick-or-treat around Nightmare Town" in that event. It lists "Three themed eggs, more than seven hatchable secret pets, a Spooky Shop and a Halloween Chest". Those details are UrGameTips', not the developer's. The Halloween World listing itself has no description.
Secret pets are the hard part. One r/BubbleGumSimulator post on Oct 17 opened: "i’ve noticed a lot of people struggle to get secret pets" (Reddit, Oct 17). A week earlier, another was titled "Overpaying halloween pets for secrets" (Reddit, Oct 11). The Season Pass promises "4x Secret & Mythic Chance!", the one Part 2 item that names secrets.

Codes. We checked INFINITY's description, its three Halloween listings and the Rumble Studios group (shout empty) on Oct 18. None listed a code. The original Bubble Gum Simulator's page says "Use code 'Halloween26' & 'Malevolent' for 6 hours of 2x Luck & Hatch Speed!" That line is on the older game only. We could not read the studio's X account, so we cannot rule out a code posted there.

Our take
Play Part 2 this week, at busy times, before 2 PM Eastern on Oct 24. The Luminant Egg's luck rises with the number of players hatching it, and the game had 12,577 players on Oct 18. Skip INFINITY code lists on other sites; the developer lists none.
What we don't know yet: the Season Pass price and end date, the name of the returning Luminance pet, and whether Part 2's egg leaves when the listing ends. Two newer listings, read on Oct 19, add dates but no prices: Halloween Part 2.5 from Oct 23 at 18:00 UTC to Oct 31, with "New Pets in the Luminant Egg!", and a Halloween Finale from Oct 31 to Nov 13 that lists a "New Season Pass!".
For parents: the label is Minimal, and the paid items have no listed prices, so set a spending limit first.
