All of them repeat the same promise: "Complete quests and unlock unique NEW creepy creatures themed around the spookiest season!" They also warn that "These new items & cosmetics are temporarily available and will be gone once the Halloween Event ends!" and add that "Returning creatures and cosmetics from the past years' Halloween Events will be obtainable this year!" None gives an end date for the whole event.

How the event works, per the fan wiki. The wiki's Halloween Event 2026 page, which is unofficial and still being written, says Week 1 introduced Oblivix "obtainable via an Event mission", new minigames and a "Trick or Treat points system". In Trick or Treat, players complete tasks to "earn up to 50 points for the Trick or Treat teams", and the winning team's prize goes to players who gave at least 50 points that round. The minigames include hatching Oblivionth eggs, the "Oblivix Idol" and "Potion Rush".

Candy. The wiki says the Event Shop "primarily uses the Halloween Event's unique event currency, Candy", and that "Candy can be directly purchased with Robux". Its Week 1 creature list prices Felifaux, Wixpectr'o and Deluumar at 900 Candy each, Undoli at 1,600 and Cryptoth at 1,800. The wiki's currency page warns that "all Event Currency is reset when the events end, and currency does not carry over to the next year". On subspecies in general, the wiki explains that a sub-species is "an alternative version of a species", unlocked by completing missions and then "paying a fee of 5,000 Shooms". The wiki has no entry for the Cursed subspecies yet, so how it unlocks is not confirmed.

What Robux buys. Roblox's store data on October 11, 2026 showed six "Candy 2026" packs from 30 to 3,999 Robux, created October 8, plus "Bundle Oblivix Pack" (999 Robux; the fan wiki says it was available for 7 days from Week 1), "Boost Trick or Treater" (199), "Boost Trick or Treat Master" (499) and "Oblivion Incubator Boost" (399). Based on Sonar Studios' listings, Roblox's store data and the fan wiki cited above, Week 3 is the only listing so far with both a new creature and a subspecies, and it runs less than three days. Candy does not carry over after the event, and the Week 3 listing gives no prices, so there is no reason to buy Candy packs ahead of time. A monthly spending limit is the simple safeguard. Everything here comes from listings checked on October 11 and again on Oct 22, so details may change once Week 3 opens.
