The Roblox page sums up week 2 in four lines: "Halloween: Hauntlet Returns!", "Escape Hauntlet and adopt Bolt, the host!", "Poltergeist Box: Bubblegum, Boba, Caramel!" and "Halloween Sticker Pack for your Journal!". The Hauntlet Returns notes on playadopt.me give the details, and the image at the top of that post invites players "to join for Week 2 of Halloween". The event currency is Candy Corn.

Analysis: how Hauntlet 2 works

The Hauntlet "returns for its second year, but things have changed since your last visit", the notes say. "Patchy has left the building", and Bolt has taken over with "new doors and areas for you to explore". Playing more unlocks more of the Journal, which the notes say tells you more about those doors.

The big change is teamwork. At some points you choose which area to enter, and each path has "different risks and rewards". The notes warn: "Choose the same area as your friends to stay together, or you'll be split up!" Items also "now work for everyone in the room", so one player's find helps the whole group. That matters if you can't chat much, a worry one player raised on Reddit (quoted below).

These are the seven items the notes list, in their words:

1. Rainbow Wand: "Dispells ALL ghosts in the room."
2. Phone: "Bolt ALWAYS LIES on the phone. Don't follow the arrow!"
3. Key: "Unlocks a safer, richer path."

Adopt Me Halloween 2026 prices for week 2

Every price below is from the Hauntlet Returns notes (checked October 10, 2026).

Add up the Candy Corn column and you get 154,900 Candy Corn for one of each. The Skelicorn is more than three quarters of that, and you also have to find the Lightning Lever "hidden inside the Crypt" to bring it back to life.

Poltergeist Box odds

The box holds "one of three poltergeists":

At 13,000 Candy Corn a box, the averages are steep. A 20% chance means about 5 boxes (65,000 Candy Corn) per Bobageist, and 4% means about 25 boxes (325,000 Candy Corn) per Bubblegeist. Those are averages, so you could get lucky on box one or go much longer.

The Halloween Sticker Pack (750 Candy Corn) has a 99% chance of one of 10 Uncommon stickers and a 1% chance of the Soulfire Animated Sticker (Legendary).

Week 1 recap: Ghost Gallery, the Crypt and the Nest

The Ghost Gallery notes (October 3) started the event. In the Ghost Gallery minigame, ghosts fly into furniture and you release them with a Ghost Blaster, and beating the boss pays Candy Corn. The Jumpscare ghost costs 40,000 Candy Corn (Rare) and the Ghost Blaster costs 7,800.

In the Crypt you open graves with Rusty Keys across 4 levels to reach the Mummy Spider. You earn 4 Rusty Keys from daily tasks and 1 from beating the Ghost Gallery boss. Place 8 Twigs to build a nest for the Jacobin Pigeon (4,000 Candy Corn). The Jester Dragon is the one Robux pet of week 1, at 1,000 Robux.

The week 2 notes say the 29 Robux Pro Ghost Blaster makes Ghost Gallery "a little easier", but "the basic Ghost Blaster is more than enough to beat it."

What players are saying

Before the update, a player on r/AdoptMeRBX explained last year's version: "The Hauntlet was a minigame last year where you had to pick a door. If u picked right you moved on and got a reward to help you survive the next room. If you picked the wrong door you would lose a life (u got 3)" (u/ShirASStorizawa, Oct 6, 2026).

Another player, a day before the update, hoped for "a pet version of the host (robot monkey)" (u/Electrical_Cut_9383, Oct 8, 2026). Bolt turned out to be adoptable. And one question has no answer in the notes yet:

The comment reads: "how are people going to talk to eachother during the hauntlet with the new chat restrictions" (u/___deadhead___, Oct 8, 2026). The notes don't mention chat. The closest changes are shared items and the same-area rule.

Going by the official notes, Bolt is the easy goal of Adopt Me Halloween 2026: 10,000 Candy Corn, and you meet him in the Hauntlet anyway. The Skelicorn is a long grind at 120,000. The Poltergeist Box is the one to think twice about, because a 4% Legendary at 13,000 Candy Corn a box can eat a whole week of play. Play Hauntlet 2 with friends and pick the same area, since the shared items reward that.
