Brookhaven Art Deco Update 2026: Nov 6 Time, Free vs Premium

What parents need to know:

• Roblox labels Brookhaven Minimal, "Suitable for everyone".
• One new house is free. The other is a Premium House; Brookhaven's Premium game pass costs 320 Robux at our read, and the developer hasn't said if a separate bundle is coming.
• The developer's parents page says "There's no voice chat and no camera in Brookhaven." Roblox's parental controls let you "Set a monthly spending limit".

The listing opens at 19:00 UTC. That's 2 PM Eastern, 11 AM Pacific and 7 PM in the UK. It fits the developer's own rule: Brookhaven updates "Every Friday, usually early afternoon US Eastern time." For the Philippines and Singapore, its update guide says "Early Saturday", and for eastern Australia, "Saturday morning".

Halloween opened at 18:00 UTC on Oct 23, which was 2 PM Eastern back then. NIST says US daylight saving time ran "to November 1 at 2 a.m.", so 2 PM Eastern now sits an hour later in UTC. The local time in the US didn't move.

The Halloween listing ends first, at 12:44 PM Eastern, 76 minutes before Art Deco opens. The developer hasn't said whether Candy Corn rewards stay claimable after that. Our Brookhaven Halloween update article covers that event's rewards and the two Robux items it added.

Overview: what the Art Deco listing and episode show

The listing is one sentence long: "A beautiful new Premium House, a FREE house for everyone, PLUS brand-new props to bring some vintage glamour to your Brookhaven builds!" It names no prop. The host is the Roblox group Brookhaven by Voldex. The listing went up on Oct 30, a week ahead, and was last edited on Nov 2.

The developer said more on YouTube. Its news show, Breaking in Brookhaven, posted a new episode on Nov 5 at 18:15 UTC. At 1:22 a host says "there's a brand new premium home in Brook Haven". A businessman is hosting a charity gala "at his gorgeous new art deco mansion." The episode's own description repeats it: a gala "at his brand-new Art Deco mansion!"

The tour starts at about 1:53. The mansion is white, three floors tall, with a round tower of glass blocks on one corner and two arched garage bays underneath. Inside, a host lists "The decorations, the furniture, the huge glass wall." The free house never shows up in the episode.

Is the Brookhaven Art Deco house free or Premium?

Both, because there are two houses. The free one costs nothing, and the developer's house guide says "Most features including houses are free to access in Brookhaven!"

The Premium House is the question players are asking. Under the developer's episode, one comment reads "Esther house premium or free" (comment, Nov 6). Another asks in Portuguese, "Sera da game pass VIP??", roughly "Will it be the VIP game pass?" (comment, Nov 5).

Nothing in the listing mentions VIP, the 749 Robux pass. The obvious match is the Premium game pass, 320 Robux at our read. Its store text says "Gain access to Premium houses, exclusive vehicles, the helicopter, jet plane, and house pools." Prices for Brookhaven's passes sit on our Brookhaven game passes page, with the time we read them.

A new house doesn't always come through that pass, though. Three times since August, a new house got a bundle of its own:

When we checked at 06:14 UTC on Nov 6, about 13 hours before the update, none of the game's 69 developer products or 24 game passes had an Art Deco name. Each bundle above was in the store 16 to 17 days early. An older listing points the same way. On Feb 27 the developer added a "New Suburban Free House" and a "New Suburban Premium House", the same free plus premium pair, and the store has no Suburban bundle. So we think the Art Deco mansion is likelier to sit in the Premium pass than in a new bundle. That's our read of the store data; the developer hasn't said.

Should you buy the Premium pass for it? Not yet. 320 Robux opens Premium houses, the helicopter and the jet, by its store text, but nobody outside the developer has confirmed the Art Deco mansion is one of them. If you already own Premium, check whether the mansion unlocks for you after 2 PM Eastern before you buy anything else. New players lose nothing by starting with the free house. For parents, the developer's parents page says "Every Brookhaven purchase goes through Roblox, so the cap covers all of it."

Not everyone is happy about free houses. "They are bringing all these free houses, i spent 800robux on estate, so i want house after house. Its only fair," one commenter wrote under the same episode (comment, Nov 5).

Analysis: Friday is Brookhaven's busy weekday, and Saturday beats it

Our tracker reads Brookhaven's player count once an hour. On the last three update Fridays the busiest hour read 582,746 (Oct 16), 632,562 (Oct 23) and 604,854 (Oct 30). The Thursdays before them peaked at 416,642, 384,560 and 450,380. So Friday ran 1.3 to 1.6 times Thursday.

Saturday was busier still in all three weeks: 664,881, then 682,835, then 646,576. The update lands at the start of every weekend, so these numbers can't split the update from the weekend. On Oct 30 the Friday peak came at 18:18 UTC, before that week's listing even started at 19:00.

Brookhaven servers hold 30 players, by Roblox's game data, so the 632,562 players of Oct 23 needed at least 21,086 servers at that moment.

What comes after the Brookhaven Art Deco update

No listing after Art Deco existed at our read. The developer's update guide adds "a smaller one in November" to its four yearly events: "Turkey Hunt. November. Find the hidden turkeys, keep the turkey." Last year's Turkey Hunt listing ran from Nov 21 to Nov 28, 2025.

Older updates suggest the houses stay after the listing ends on Nov 12. The developer's house guide, last updated Sep 12, counts the Woodland House and the Wolf Den among houses that "have all gone up since launch". Their listings ended in October 2025 and January 2026.

Our take

Claim the free Art Deco house on Friday; wait on Robux until the store shows how the Premium House unlocks. The free house is in the developer's own listing, so it costs nothing to try. For the mansion, the 320 Robux Premium pass looks like the likeliest route. Still, three paid houses since August each got a bundle 16 to 17 days early, and this one may surprise us at launch.

We don't know yet what the free house looks like, the names of the new props, whether Premium owners get the mansion, or whether a bundle appears at 2 PM Eastern.

We read Brookhaven's 76 event listings, its 69 developer products, 24 game passes, game data and age label through Roblox's own APIs between 06:12 and 06:20 UTC on Nov 6. The developer's update, house, game pass and parents guides come from brookhavenrp.com. That site links the YouTube channel that posted the Nov 5 episode. We read the episode's captions and description and took both mansion frames from it. Player counts come from ObbyDesk's tracker, which has read Roblox's count every hour since Oct 11. We don't play the game for articles, so nothing here describes the houses from inside.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there Brookhaven codes for the Art Deco update?

No. The developer's parents page says "Brookhaven has no promo codes", and the Art Deco listing and game page list none at our read on Nov 6. A site or video offering an Art Deco code or a free Premium House isn't from the developer. Our guide to Roblox scams shows how fake code offers work.
